REFUND POLICY
Merchandise:
We currently do not accept returns or refunds on any merchandise products. We provide exchanges for defects. For exchanges due to product defects, Solento, will send a return label and replace the item(s) as necessary. Please reach out to info@solentotequila.com for more information or questions.
Tequila:
All tequila orders are fulfilled by Sip Tequila. Please reference their refund policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Merchandise:
Standard shipping includes USPS Priority and USPS First Class.
The expected delivery date is based on estimated shipping, handling, and transit times. The dates provided at checkout are an estimate, not a guarantee, regardless of the selected shipping method (including expedited shipping methods).
If you need your order delivered by a specific date or have additional questions regarding specific shipping times, rush shipments, or guaranteed delivery dates, please reach out to info@solentotequila.com for more information.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST. For orders placed over the weekend, additional shipping and handling time will occur.
